Below is a list of projects where ParaVolley Europe is a stakeholder or has participated in with the view of developing the ParaVolley disciplines:

DEV – 2023

An Erasmus+ Sports project, that aims to generate most inclusive sport practices.

The project brings together 3 volleyball clubs (RC Cannes from France, SC Caldas from Portugal, and AEN Panorama from Greece), and the European Organisation responsible for all ParaVolley disciplines, ParaVolley Europe, based in Luxembourg. The consortium

boasts a great experience in the field of volleyball and a shared vision to encourage physical activities of individuals, through it, indiscriminately of ability, gender, age, nationality, sexuality, or any other feature that may be used as a determinant of one’s identity.

SIT2PLAY – 2019

SIT2PLAY – INCLUSIVE SITTING VOLLEY: A TOOL FOR CHANGING THE PERCEPTION OF DISABILITY

SIT2PLAY Project has developed an inclusive, fun and engaging sport called Inclusive Sitting Volley which will leverage on the benefits of traditional volleyball, one of the most relevant team sports in Europe. SIT2PLAY addresses the concepts of “disability” and “diversity” in sports in a new way, turning around certain established concepts in order to create a truly inclusive sport.
