The European Championship Division A (Men and Women) will be the highlight of 2025, taking place in Budapest, Hungary from 28 July to 2 August.

On the other hand, the European Championship Division B - Men is just around the corner, as Burdur (TUR) is ready to welcome the teams in a few weeks (22-24 November).

Furthermore, a completely new milestone will be achieved in May next year, with the first ever European Championship Division C - Men/Division B - Women happening in Stavanger, Norway (19-25 May).

2025 European Championship Div. A - Men & Women

After hosting ParaVolley Europe’s flagship event - the European Sitting Volleyball Championship Division A - back in 2019, Hungary will once again have the honour to do so in 2025.

PVE and the Hungarian Volleyball Federation are already working tirelessly on the delivery of an exciting tournament that will take place between 28th July and 2nd August 2025 in the picturesque Hungarian capital - Budapest, where the best 12 Men’s and 12 Women’s European teams will fight for a place on the podium in the respective men’s and women’s tournaments.

Budapest, with its rich history and stunning landscapes, will provide once again a perfect backdrop for the 2025 #EuroSittingVolley championships as teams from across Europe, each bringing their unique stories, cultures, and talents, will be joining the event.

2024 European Championship Division B - Men

Burdur (TUR) is welcoming the 2024 Uzman Posta EuroSittingVolley Division B - Men as some of the Men’s European teams will be lining up for honour in the event organised jointly by ParaVolley Europe and the Turkish Volleyball Federation.

Türkiye, Czechia, France, Great Britain, Georgia, Lithuania and the Netherlands are already in preparation mode, training hard as the hopes for an excellent performance are high since the teams finishing in the first three positions will qualify directly for the 2025 European Sitting Volleyball Championship Division A and the last placed team will be relegated to the newly created European Championship Division C.

2025 European Championship Division C - Men / Division B - Women

A brand-new page in the history of European sitting volleyball will be written in May 2025, when the first ever European Championship Division C - Men / Division B - Women is set to take place in the Nordic city of Stavanger (Norway).

ParaVolley Europe, together with the Norwegian Volleyball Federation and KFUM Stavanger, are pleased to announce this great new opportunity that will give the chance to countries that are rather new to the sport to feel the full excitement of competing at top European level, and to further motivate them progress to higher level competitions.
