With the European Championships Division B and Silver Nations League action in Brno now concluded, all eyes turn to Ljubljana, where another exciting chapter in European ParaVolley history is about to be written.

From 28–30 August 2026, the Slovenian capital will host the first-ever PVE Beach ParaVolley European Championships, bringing the sport to the sand for a landmark continental event.

A total of 20 national and club teams will take part, competing across five different categories:

Standing National Men
Sitting National Men
Sitting National Women
Sitting Clubs Men
Sitting Clubs Women

The inaugural championships will welcome teams representing Bosnia and Herzegovina 🇧🇦, Croatia 🇭🇷, Denmark 🇩🇰, Latvia 🇱🇻, Malta 🇲🇹, Slovakia 🇸🇰 and hosts Slovenia 🇸🇮.

The three-day competition represents an important milestone for ParaVolley Europe, introducing a dedicated European championship for Beach ParaVolley and providing both national and club teams with a new international stage on which to compete.

With five titles to be decided and history guaranteed to be made, Ljubljana is ready to welcome the European ParaVolley community for three days of competition, development and celebration of the sport.

The sand is ready. The teams are ready. Now, all eyes are on Ljubljana.
